Everyone is different, but nails should be cut every six to nine weeks.

Many personalised treatment care plans include at-home treatment. Depending on your conditions and treatment needs, you can use a pumice stone to soften rough skin, moisturiser to hydrate your skin, and nail trimmers to cut your nails with care, if possible.

Yes! All ages and feet are welcome at our clinic. If we cannot treat them, we will refer them to a relevant practitioner.

The advanced foot care we provide includes a medical pedicure, which is caring for the feet with cosmetic enhancements like polish. You can bring your own polish and we will apply it for you. We recommend nail polish that has antifungal properties.

Even though short, warm soaks can feel pleasant, it’s essential to remember that soaking your feet before caring for them can further increase the likelihood of injury. Swimmers or those who have taken bubble baths may have noticed their fingers and feet were a bit ‘pruney’ because the skin cells are swollen with water. When this happens, it is possible to microscopically rupture the skin cells when smoothing calluses and caring for your skin. You can’t see them, but they’re there. Having even microscopic open areas on your feet can increase your risk of infection.

Yes! Our clinic utilises state-of-the-art processes for cleaning the instruments we use. We use ultrasonic technology to clean our instruments first, and then we use steam sterilisation (autoclave) as the final step.

In massage therapy, muscles and connective tissues are manipulated with pressure. To achieve this, qualified massage therapists use a variety of techniques
